| What do you love about the business?
Having interaction with people on a happy occasion and making the day a success for the bride and groom, success to a conference or running an effective meeting.
I ‘love’ the idea of taking something unwieldy and bringing it to order with simple techniques e.g. a wedding reception, Conference or an AGM.
Coaching and training people especially when I see the results as they present themselves confidently and get the results they want.
The flexibility of working for myself.

| What don’t you like?
That I sometimes get stuck at my computer for ages, and I want it to be just right. The background paperwork is not obvious to the client – as when it is presented it looks simple, effective and seamless. |

That the client is happy and grateful that I made everything work for them.
